We receive 12,000 - 15,500 relocation leads per month, and unfortunately we do not have a Realtor in every single city. Currently we do not have a Realtor to assist any of these potential home buying families, which is why we posted on ActiveRain.com.
Any free lead we submit in our Free Realty Lead Center has been scrubbed, is 100% exclusive, and has indicated information either relocation and/or purchasing a home.
This person has indicated they are looking for a home in Baltimore, Maryland in the $275,000 price range. If you are intersted in receiving this 100% free and exclusive lead, sign-up with our Social Networking Website.

For today’s real estate agent there are a million different ways to spend money on getting their name out into the public eye. After speaking to about 2 thousand real estate agents about some of the things they have tried. We have developed an idea on how to have the relocating home buyer find us and be willing to part with their personal contact information in an effort to get some help.
There are really only 2 fundamental ways to advertise:
In the first instance, most people using those techniques reported that they became recognized by strangers in their local area (fame), but failed to close any business as a result.
In the second instance, there was one clear advantage in that a lead (a potential sale) was delivered to them.
