The Sunnyland real estate is located at the bottom of Alabama hill west of Roosevelt real estate and just south of Cornwall Park. Its location is ideal because the proximity to downtown, Trader Joes and accessibility to I5. Homes in Sunnyland are built in the early 1900’s and have a Craftsman or Victorian style. Because of the demand for a craftsman style home and the location Sunnyland is highly sought after and is considered to be one of the best neighborhoods next to Cornwall Park, Columbia and Lettered Streets real estate.
The Sunnyland Real Estate market is still a good one, with an average days on the market is hovering around 100 days and average sales price of $238,000. If the homes are price right they are selling in a matter of days.
If you’re looking for affordability, craftsman style homes with a great location. I would defiantly take a look around at homes in this area.

After living here in Bellingham Washington for all most all my life, I would say that one of the best in Bellingham would be Boulevard Park, located the Whatcom Falls neighborhood.
Whatcom Falls Park has miles of trails you can hike, sports courts, fishing ponds and even falls that you can jump off of. If you would like to take the leap make sure you are ready for the line and possibly someone jumping on your head, since in the summer the area where you cliff dive is packed.
In the spring Whatcom Falls Park even has a fishing derby for the little Kids.
This park is a must stop for the family. If you like this park you will also like Blodel Donovan Park located just down the road. To check out other parks stop at this Bellingham Parks Page
