I love helping homeowners and realtors make money! My name is Erin Appel and I started my business as a home stager and decorator in 2008. Trained at the Center for Creative Redesign, I am continually educating myself in the field of interior design, staging, and real estate.

Erin Appel Interiors offers a "sensitive stage" and makes the feelings of your homeowner a top priority. You have worked hard to build a positive relationship with your clients, and I am here to reinforce the superior level of service you provide! I begin the staging experience by getting to know your homeowner, and finding out how they are feeling about moving, and how attached they are to the home the belongings in it. Then I can guage how to address the problems in the home.

Staging is more than just decluttering and painting the walls a neutral color. Skillful space planning and accessorizing can highlight the best features of a home and draw attention away from its faults. A designer's eye can achieve balance and create the illusion of more space in a home. What do I offer to homeowners and realtors?

My specialty is the staging of occupied homes and the use-what-you-have philosophy of interior decorating. I understand that homeowners who are selling often have a limited budget for staging. We will maximize the potential of what we have, and only bring in new pieces if we need them.

I want to make it simple and easy to work with Erin Appel Interiors. For that reason, I happily accept credit cards for my services. I realize that paydays for realtors are sporadic, and that you can't always pay by check or cash. Simply visit my website for a link to Paypal - it's that easy. I also price my services in packages, instead of hourly. Then you're never left wondering, "How many hours will this home take? Will it fit into my budget?" At this time, the stage of an occupied home is only $300. That includes:

• A walk through with an edit list and homework list for the homeowner.
• Placement of furniture and accesories. (During a second visit, if necessary.)
• Erin will cater your open house with bottled water and candy.
• Erin will promote your listing on all her online and social networks.
• Add photos, touched up in Photoshop for only $25! (Limited time offer.)

I realize that in the unpredictable world of real estate, we are often "emergency staging" at the last moment. Ideally, staging begins a few months before listing the home. That gives us time to make repairs and paint the interior or exterior, if needed. It also give the homeowners time to pack up unessential belongings to make room for the prospective buyer's imagination. The more breathing room we leave, the less stressful it will be.
