This Fairway View North Aurora market report covers property sales during all of 2011 as well as a look ahead to 2012. The past year was a mixed year for North Aurora real estate - inventory was high through much of the year and due to this, prices have continued to decline. This is still a foreclosure and short sale driven market and Fairway View is no exception. We did see some improvement in market activity particularly in the last quarter that we hope will continue through this year. Let's take a look at the numbers:

Banbury Ridge Subdivision 2011 Year End Market Report

This Banbury Ridge market report covers property sales during all of 2011. Another year is done and it's time to go over the activity we had for the last 12 months. 2011 was a mixed year for North Aurora Real Estate inventory remains high and prices have continued to decline. However, we did see some improvement particularly in the last quarter of 2011. But let's take a look at the numbers: In all of 2011 there was only one sale in Banbury Ridge. This is not unusual for a relatively small subdivision such as this one. The home that did sell was:

Chesterfield North Aurora is one of my favorite North Aurora subdivisions and here's why: it's in a great location - south of Butterfield Road and just minutes from I-88. What I love the most about Chesterfield is the great way the developers have integrated green areas throughout the community. Many of these North Aurora homes back up to natural prairie or wetlands and hiking and biking trails wind throughout the community. The homes are also very spacious and display many modern building trends and techniques.

Butterfield Heights North Aurora is a fairly small community on the far east side of North Aurora just north of Butterfield Road near the intersection of Banbury Road.
