Hi Everyone!

Ann here from Buffalo NY, land the the perpetual winter! Despite our freezing temps, our market has started to open up. Like clockwork, every year, we see our homebound buyers come out around SuperBowl.

Well, it's happened again! I guess they've gotten their first charge card statements, paid them and are looking forward to their IRS refunds.

It seems no matter what our market is like, like the return of the geese in Spring, our buyers return the first week in February.

Hope you all had great weekends, Our market in Western New York seems to have opened up. We had showings galore, despite the weather and the SUPERBOWL!

What we are seeing are homes selling but complications arising after. Not your usual home inspection problems, but a new twist. I sold a home last week that had been on the market for just a few days. The sellers were thrilled. The buyer was ecstatic, He went into the work for his midnight shift and told his boss proudly about his BIG news. He had just put in an offer on a home and home inspection went well!

His agent called me first thing in the morning to say the check was in the mail... but she called back an hour and a half later to say no deal.

Her excited buyer was told to HOLD OFF. "His boss then said... Don't buy anything right now, you're being laid off!

Tough news for the buyer and the sellers.

Just logged on to my home page...and next to where my pic will be (as soon as I learn how to put it in) was this large, undulating, gyrating belly? Have you seen it?

Swear it not mine, but it is too close for comfort!!! But whoever thought of that marketing, knew how to get attention, it got mine!

I'm in day three now and learning that you habe to get your feet "wet" to participate in ACTIVERAIN. I tried to return all welcoming messages. If you did not get yours, SOMEONE ELSE DID! I know I sent it.
