Recent fluctuations in home prices have created a great opportunity for home buyers here in Las Vegas according to recent market trends.

"A lot of people are taking advantage of these conditions and are being rewarded by finding homes in areas that have in the past been difficult to find inventory," remarked Tanya Kovacheva, Owner/Broker, of Exit Realty Imoti. "What a great time to buy a home."
