Nancy Hare

Today I have 4 showings, 1 listing and 3 of my listings are being shown 3 times each. Oh yeah!! Spring has sprung. If things go well .. .I can only imagine. Best not to get my hopes up.

As well my daughter is moving away today, so in between all of this I have to say my good byes, eyes water up again. This is perhaps one of the toughest things I have experienced in a while. But I guess its just another part of life.

My house is I would say 90% ready to hit the market Monday, so its gonna be an interesting weekend. I am preparing myself for the Emotional Rollercoaster on many fronts. Hope I survive.

Today was interesting, 2 of my listings seem crazy hot ...yippee!!!

Now I am hoping that the quality of the homes, and they are both awesome and the skill of the Realtors will sell them by Monday, fingers, toes, eyes crossed.

I am also almost ready to get my place out there, better hurry!!

My flooring is done thank god, now all thats left to do is get the house back in place. OMG I am terrified, not sure why, but oh well.

The real estate market is picking up, it seems that the all the pending sales from March however are closing abit late, which is not great, but at least they are closing right!

The snow has noticable melted and although its Spring, its still pretty chilly out there.

Today I am feeling a bit frustrated, not sure what it is... but it is. I need something to cheer me up, think I will look around at the blogs... must be something out there :-)

One day from Spring, I was watching CNN and that is a mistake, love the channel hate the slant of the news, although the other day I did sense a little glimmer of hope in a few of their broadcasts- must of been a full moon.

I am hoping that this economic meltdown, manages to stay away from our little so far protected bubble of New Brunswick. The market here seems semi busy and everyone in my office seems truly busy, I want to look forward to a good year, so I am thinking no more CNN! I will miss Anderson and Wolf though haha.

My office building is for sale because we are expanding the staff and we need space, and I kind of would like a change too. The location is awesome and so is the building, but change is good. Hoping to get an offer soon.

Well thats it from me so far today... counting down the hours till Spring.

Today we finished with our portion of the flooring we figured we could do. It looks fantastic, soon the flooring guy will be coming to finish up the dining room, kitchen and hall. Then all we have left to do is put everything back where we had it. In my office there is a home stager, so I am going to ask for some help before we take pictures and have it ready for the public. This all is turning out to be a very emotional process for me. The house is starting to look like I always wanted, and now I'm selling it. Oh well. I am excited to move too, so I guess thats the payoff. I will keep you posted...
