Well the meeting went well, and everybody is pumped - ready to list and sell and negotiate.. waiting to turn the clocks ahead on Sunday.. woohoo Spring is here... we look out the window SNOW.... when will it go. Anyway overall it was a great day, and I am looking forward to a busy week ahead.

Tomorrow is my staff meeting which is always full of laughter and great exchanges of ideas. The salespeople that work in my office are all so different from each other its amazing. Its the differences in age, style, just about everything that makes it work so well. I really learn something from each and every one of them all the time. I look forward to expanding the office soon, and adding a few new Realtors to this already interesting mesh. I'll let you all know whats new tomorrow.

Today was a day off, not really though worked on my own house all day, redoing the flooring on the main floor. Looks really great, we are putting the house on the market in a week or so. It is going to be really strange to be on the other side ... a seller, it is making me appreciate what I put Vendors through, which is a good thing. I am nervous and nostalgic... sad huh... oh well. I will keep posting what happens as it happens.

Well, this is the first time I have ever blogged. It doesn't seem to be that bad so far. I have read others blogs, and most are very informative, and interesting, spelled correctly, etc. I guess the best way to blog is to try to have a point not just ramble on as I have. I am sure #2 will be much improved.
