Teaming with his partner, Diane Schmidt, they have over 50 years of service to clients and community. Both are past Realtor Board Presidents, Chamber of Commerce Chairs and Steve is a nationally recognized real estate trainer and educator. Steve has a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Colorado, is one of only 2% of the Realtors Nationally to hold the Certified Real Estate Brokerage (CRB) designations in addition to having earned the Certified Residential Specilists (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Graduate of the Realtors Institute (Designations). Steve recently completed the courses to qualify for the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) . Steve is a Past President of the North Metro Denver Realtors Association and was recognized as both Realtor of the Year and Life Time Achivement Award winner for the organization. He is currently a Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors and twice recieved the Political Service Award for his contributions to the peservation of private property rights in Colorado.
