Put the fun back in to exercising with Zumba Fitness

Are you tired of your same old exercise routine? Are you bored with sit ups and push ups? Is the scenery on the tread mill boring? Why not try a Zumba Fitness Class and make exercising fun again.

Wikipedia defines Zumba as a Latin-inspired dance fitness program created by Albert Perez in Columbia during the 1990's. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements, with repetitive movements, it incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue and more.

Many local fitness centers offer Zumba exercise classes. A few of the ones in Woodbridge, NJ are: The Club at Woodbridge, located at 585 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ. If you do not want to belong to a gym or fitness center, Zumba dancing can be enjoyed by the whole family right in your own home. It is availbe on DVD's and also Wii. Look for them in your favorite retail store on online.

Woodbridge Township Health Department, is holding a Free Rabies Clinic on Monday September 19th and again on Wednesday September 21, 2011. It will be held at the Woodbridge Health Department from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. All dogs and cats, five months or older must have a license with the township of Woodbridge and be inoculated. Proof of a prior year rabies inoculation, and spaying/neutering must be provided. All animals must be accompied by and adult. Dogs must be on a leash and cats must be contained in a carrier.

Proof of Licensure required, Rabies shot will be FREE! Non Residents Fee is $10.00 if not licensed.

Recently my family and I decided to take a much need day trip away from the daily grind. We packed the car and head north, (we live in NJ), north east to be exact. Our destination, South Deerfield, MA. why South Deerfield, MA. you may ask, well that is the home of one of two Yankee Candle Flagship Stores. During the 3.5 hour car ride we laughed, sang, and laughed some more, oh and did I mention we stopped for breakfast too. Once at the store we walked around and walked around because the store has over 400,000 candles to see and smell. Several hours later with our purchases in tow, we left the store. We then proceeded further north to Bernardston, MA., which is home to The Kringle Candle Company . That's right you read it correctly, another candle store. With more candles purchased we were finally ready to leave. After a quick stop for dinner, our journey home began. Again we laughed, sang and some took a much need nap, but the ride back was great. Finally 450 miles later we were gathering our treasures and calling it a night. We vowed we would do the trip again as many memories were made and family bonds tightened.

If you want to make memories with your family and enjoy some fun, then I suggest a trip to The Yankee Candle Flagship Store or the Kringle Candle Company, you won't be disappointed with either. Both are just a short journey from anywhere in the north east.
