All of our expert home Inspectors are well experienced Registered Home Inspectors and members of Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors - Ontario(CAHPI-ON), Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) & American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified Inspectors and dedicated to continually upgrade their knowledge and educationby attending professional educational seminars, conferences and meetings, every year.
CAHPI is the only national non-profit professional organization in Canada that rigorously tests home inspectors about their technical knowledge and diagnostic expertise prior to joining the organization as well as requiring continuing education after admission to keep current with new technology and building practices.
Membership in CAHPI-Ontario and the Registered Home Inspector designation are earned credentials which attest to an inspector's competence and professionalism. To earn the right to be Registered Home Inspectors (RHI), inspectors must demonstrate to the CAHPI-Ontario that they have a broad knowledge of construction and building practices in Ontario and that they have acquired three components for qualification: basic skills specific to the practice of home inspection; technical background acquired through education and experience related to building science; and practical home inspection experience through the performance of at least 200 home inspections to CAHPI Standards.
Our Expert Commercial Building & Home Inspectors are extremely knowledgeable of Greater Toronto Area neighbourhood trends and problems over the past years as well as the quality and reputation of most local builders. We are also participating inspectors for the Federal Government Relocation Program. Since every house is unique, our custom narrative inspection report in plain easy to understand language, not just a check list report of items inspected, is far more comprehensive. We are dedicated to help our clients with their due diligence to make sound real estate decisions. Our Inspection Experts provide important maintenance advice and follow up support to help first time buyers get acquainted with their new home. Building and Home Inspection is our only business. Our Building Science Experts do not perform building repairs or building renovations. We do not refer clients to specific contractors.
Our Building Science Experts have completed thousands of Commercial, Industrial, Institutional & Residential Building Inspections and Home Inspections in Greater Toronto Area.
An inspector does not obtain a working knowledge of every system in a home or commercial property by attending a few days course or reading a few books. It comes from field experience and training. Neither warranties nor insurance policies can take the place of knowledge and experience gained from a hands-on education -- and we have it. We have helped prospective home buyers avoid costly mistakes.
We are Open Seven Days a Week.
We guarantee that our well experienced and qualified inspectors will give you their very best effort. Our mission is to look out for the best interest of our client by inspecting every home as if we are the ones buying the home. Our commitment to our clients has allowed us to become a leader in building inspection industry.
Our experience and reputation sets us apart from all the rest!

The old adage, "you get what you pay for," has been proven true time and time again.
We perform a quality oriented inspection rather than a time and cost limited one.
A low cost Home Inspection is rarely a bargain.
Lot of Home buyers think all home inspectors are the same
If you looking for the low priced inspectors, you will find the in-experienced not fully qualified inspectors.
Home inspectors know the value of their experience, reputation, qualifications, talent,
attention to detail, the time and detail of the inspection, the quality of the written report,
the extent of consulting and advice that are provided, and charge accordingly.
Our fees are competitive but we are not the "low bidder" and we wouldn't want to be.
On average we charge $70 more than the cheapest in-experienced, not fully qualified inspectors.
It will be your Best $70 you ever spent !
The Home you are buying is not the cheapest Home, but rather a house that you feel represents good value.
We urge you to choose your Home inspector the same way.
Hiring the best home inspector possible is what you want.
If you cannot afford the best home inspector,
how will you afford the deficiencies the low cost, inexperienced home inspector fails to report?
If the owner of a house is willing to pay $8,000 to $20,000 as commission to Real Estate Agents to sell the house,
How much are you willing to pay to find out the true condition of the property?
Do you really want the cheapest, most inexperienced person to inspect the most expensive purchase you will ever make?
You may even save more money by waiving the inspection!
Additional Visits and Annual After Purchase Maintenance Inspection are charged per our problem analysis fee schedule.
