Of course there is a lot more to it and who qualifies, but a good opportunity for the right buyer. The money can be used for anything. Buy furniture, do fix ups, save for an emergeny fund in case the plumbing or furnace need work or take a trip to Hawaii, do what ever you want with the money.

Depending on where you are, it is only a 15-20 minute trip back to Louisville. Sometimes quicker than driving from one end of Louisville to the other. Oldham County offers small town living with larger city amenities at its back door.
