Just when I thought the money I spend on marketing is a bust; I get a call from a potential client, wow! He liked the site I registered from as it was informative and not intrusive. I signed up for the site and many more for that particular purpose. I don't want to hound a person interested in signing up to view my listings, I want to be there when they're ready to talk to a professional! I treat my leads as I want to be treated, on the same note when I'm called and "courted" by a salesperson, I am as courteous as possible and never, ever rude. Don't get made when you sign up on a web page to "view more" just let them know you'll contact them when you're ready or interested. You will find the mood, atmosphere and the conversation will go just that much smoother.
When you sign up for my site, I thank them for taking the time to stop by, and email my contact information and let them do what they do. When you're ready, you'll email or call and then we'll find you what you need. No hassles, no worries! I want to be your REALTOR, not your stalker!

If you are, or know, or represent a Texas veteran, you may want to let them know of the great rates today!! If you are a vet, in Texas, with 30% or more disability, guess what? You can be eligible for an additional 1% less than the current rate when you buy a home!! It doesn't apply if you decide to refinance, but with the current interest rate where it is, it really is a great time to downsize or upgrade. With the buyers market and the interest rates and the additional entitlement of being a Texas vet with 30% or more disability, it really is a fantastic time to buy in San Antonio Texas. Take advantage before it goes away!
Even with the announcement of the United States in a recession since December 2007, San Antonio still has managed to show a rise in home values, albeit slowly. Homes in the past here have grown at a rate of approximately 3% through out the years and I think this is the key to why we are still seeing a growth. Values of homes rose nearly 2% from September 30 2007 to 2008, according to the San Antonio Business journal. And now with the interest rates dropping to an incredible rate, there isn't a better time to invest in San Antonio. A great home at a great price with a great interest rate, what more can I say! Who do you know looking to buy or sell in the San Antonio area?
San Antonio's market is still the prime area to move and work. There's still a good supply of homes in the inventory but from the looks of things, houses are still moving. Builders are dropping prices on inventory homes just to get them off the books. Interest rates are at their lowest in years! A new home for the holidays or a new years treat! All the marks are lined up in the right place.
One of the best news about a buyer's market is you don't have to buy a foreclosed home to get a really good deal. This is the time to make the move up from a starter home to that next level. An investment opportunity? Additional income from buying a multi-family home? Don't let the opportunity pass you buy, this market will change, and it's up to you to take the advantage now. I'm your retired veteran, your full time REALTOR for all your real estate needs.
