Homes Sold - Increase from 2008 of 19% to 84 units from 71. The average sales price increased 3% to $616,796. This is approaching the 2007 average of $628,217.

Active Listings - there are 56 current listings with an average "days on market" of 104 days. The highest concentration of listings in a given price range was 11 between $450,000-$499,999. There are 10 listings between $1,000,000-$1,499,999. There are six properties listed below $300,000.

Pending Sales - Fourteen properties are currently under contract with the lowest price being $269,000 and the highest at $1,799,900.
