1) We are a Northern California dealer building manufactured homes on vacant land, senior & all age park communities for Skyline, Champion, Fuqua, Silvercrest and Karsten. We also build affordable field, farm worker and caretaker housing that is approved HUD and MOD meeting State & Federal Government grant programs.

2) Ferris Financial Group, Inc. and it's programs with Clarion Mortgage Corporation gives Ferris Financial Group, Inc. access to hundreds of lender's exceptional programs and competitive interest rates. This results in lower down payments, INTEREST RATES and monthly payments. We are also a Cal Vet certified lender.

3) Ferris Financial Group, Inc. (Ferris Homes) has worked with seniors not only in affordable manufactured housing in senior communities, but now has formed a new Company called Insight-Network. Insight-Network distributes a wireless technology called CloseBy Network, which delivers an innovative solution for remote care giving not only in our homes we build, but existing baby boomer homes. The technology allows family members and trusted friends to help elderly, disabled or special needs loved ones stay in their homes longer. Real-time monitoring gives you insight into their daily routine, helping you understand what a normal living pattern looks like, and then alerted if anything changes. CloseBy uses a combination of sensors and software tied to a web application. Families choose what to monitor, how to receive the information, and who should be sent alerts. Depending on sensor location you can receive alerts when your loved one leaves and returns, gets out of bed, opens the refrigerator or medicine cabinet, leaves the stove on, and if he/she is moving normally about the house.
