About Us:

Frank works for the premier property management company on the Monterey Bay, Monterey Bay Property Management. Frank manages approximately 50 residential units, a mix of single family homes, multi-units, condominiums and town homes. He handles all aspects of the management of each home from "soup-to-nuts;" marketing and advertising, screening, background checks, and reference checking in accordinance with State and Federal Fair Housing Laws, execution of the lease and disclosures, collecting the rents and deposits, and being on call to handle any issues. For another dozen owners he provides tenant locator service assistance to help them get started with great tenants and then self-manage.

With a focus on the Monterey Peninsula, Frank specializes in the unique and different markets of Big Sur, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey, Seaside, Marina, Del Rey Oaks and the HWY 68 corridor. He prides himself on providing excellent service to both his residents and owners.

Monterey Bay Property Management is one of the few property management companies on the Monterey Peninsula that does not sell real estate. We stay true to our focus of providing outstanding property management. We are delighted to warmly welcome your local clients needing management services and offer referral fees. When your client is ready to sell or buy again we refer them back to you. As a partner to the Realtor community we have assisted many sales agents with rental comparisions which have lead to closed sales.

Our services include a value priced A La Carte and a Tenant Locator Service program for those owners who would prefer to be more hands-on with the management of their investment, but may need help getting started.

Frank is an active member of the following organizations: The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), the California Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (Cal-NARPM), the Monterey Bay Chapter of the Natoinal Association of Residential Property Managers, The National Association of Realtors (NAR), The California Association of Realtors (CAR), and the Monterey County Association of Realtors (MCAR). He has completed NARPM accredited courses in Risk Management.

Frank currently lives in Carmel with his wife Nyla and their three daughters Madeline (Maddie), Ella and Julia. When he is not working he enjoys spending time playing with his family. You might also find him hanging out at his wife's family's restaurant, R.G. Burgers or Island Taco at the Cross Roads in Carmel and downtown Monterey.
