Talk Real Estate and Realtor's

I have talked about you about a bunch of loan programs and rate watching. Today I want to let you know of a few Realtor's that I have closed transactions with in the past month and I have to say I would recommend them to anyone. This month I just closed three transactions so far.

The first transaction was in Fullerton for a young couple and a teacher and CHP officer (feels good to give back to those who give to our communities). The buyers agent was Todd Foust of Century 21 Discovery and of Foust Asset Development team. He was available and always helpful with me and the buyers. In the end when we had to take care of some minor paperwork, we both were working till 10pm to get this closed the next day. Our clients bought a Bank Owned Home (Foreclosure, REO)and those always have some red tape. As you can see we both go the extra mile for our clients. He covers the Greater Orange County and located in Fullerton. He can found by calling or emailing him:

The second transaction was a very long one due to it being a short sale. The time frame was something like 5 months and about 25 different house shown and a dozen offers later we did it. Liz Crowley of Bonaventure Realty was the Realtor on this one. She and I have been working closely for over a year and have closed on average of one transaction per month. Needless to say she is someone I would recommend. This short sale was in Rialto and our client lived in El Monte so we had some distance to cover for this transaction, but all worth it. Our client has a home for the Holidays. She is based out of Orange County and can be found at

The final transaction was one in Los Angeles. This is a transaction I pride myself in due to I came to the rescue. I had spoken with the clients and advised the pro's and con's of a FHA loan vs. Conventional loan and after a consultation decided to go with their credit union. I had no problem with that, but I knew Fannie Mae guidelines and the Mortgage Insurance companies underwriting were changing so they might have a problem. I figured correctly so I picked up the transaction and moved as fast as I could with it. I thank Luisa Bello, the Realtor for this one. She is out of Keller Williams in Santa Monica. She advised the clients to go back to me and since we have recently closed a transaction together she knew I could deliver. This was another rough deal, because of it being a REO. Luisa was on top of the transaction and followed up with conditions. She even knew what we needed ahead of time because of her experience and delivered it promptly. If you are looking in Los Angeles County let her know. Her contact info is

I don't want to forget that I am in escrow with Crispin Rodriguez out of Century 21 his email is crispin.rodriguez@century21.com and phone is 213.268.0557 in Los Angeles County, but this transaction will be closed next month. Keep an eye on the blog for results. This was my December so far not to mention the Refinances with the rates dropping. Do not miss the boat. We are at low rates and great buying options contact myself or a trusted Realtor from above.
