About Me:

A fifth generation Seguin native, I have been serving the citizens of the Seguin, McQueeney, & New Braunfels areas in Buying & Selling homes since July 1982! I have sold thousands of people their first, second, third, or even fourth homes over the years & I have been a local, state, & national leader with Red Carpet, Century 21 & Coldwell Banker & have been a consistant top producer with Mickey Ferrell REALTORS, Inc. since joining them in 1996! I am a graduate of Seguin High School as well as Texas Lutheran University. Having become known as a "First Time Home Buyers Specialist" I not only work with my customers to find a home, but I also assist them with a list of reputable lenders for their financing & I am with them thru the closing & until they get their keys! You will probably see me busy working & selling houses in one of my colorful Hawaiian Aloha Shirts or a Mexican T-Shirt with shorts & sandals (no coat, tie, & long pants for me!) & people have come to know me as "Flamingo Joe"! My office also reflects my love for travel, water, & the tropics! I work most week days from 7:00 AM to 7:00PM, and am often on the phone way after that! I am available on my cell phone 7 days a week at most all hours of the day & evenings!
