Welcome To My World - Florida

I am one of the few native Floridians. I was born in 19.... in Lakeland, Florida and moved to Jacksonville when I was a year old. Enough about ancient history.

I now live in Ormond Beach and really love this area of Florida. I started years ago helping people (friends & family) sell their homes and decided I enjoyed being able to help not only the ones selling their homes, but also the people who bought the homes. I've always tried to make sure people are happy with their decisions. I list and sell homes in Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, The Hammock Area, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Holly Hill, and Port Orange.

The Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, Ponce Inlet & Port Orange, Florida areas are wonderful places to live. Our weather is great, we have beautiful beaches to walk on, wonderful communities in which to live and it doesn't matter whether you are just starting a family or have finally raised the family and are looking for a place to play like a kid again, there's something here for everyone. We have attractions both North, South and West of us and the fantastic Atlantic Ocean to the East. To the North you can visit Jacksonville, about an hour away, where you can visit a great zoo, beautiful beaches or enjoy a Jacksonville Jaguars Football Game. St. Augustine, the oldest continuous city in the U.S., is just South of Jacksonville. Now you come to my area which is a nice quiet, low traffic part of the State. Due West of us is Famous Silver Springs, about an hour drive. Southwest of us and again about an hour away you have Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and several other attractions. Just South of us we have Cape Canaveral (Kennedy) so you can watch the Shuttle Launches from your yard or the beach. COME ON DOWN, YOU'LL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE!

What Can I Do For You?

Once we have made an initial contact, whether through my websites, in person or by referral, I'd love to talk with you, either by phone or, if you are not ready for the personal connection, by e-mail, in order to gain a better understanding of what you enjoy and what you don't enjoy. What lifestyle do you want to live, active, or are you ready to sit on the porch and watch the world go by for a while? I need to know whether you need to sell your present home before you move to Florida or will you be keeping it as, what will eventually become, your second home. Do you want the upkeep of a yard or pool, or would you rather have a condo or townhouse and let someone else do the maintenance? Have you always wanted to live near water, we have plenty of that, or would you rather live in a subdivision setting inland, but close to the water? How much do you want to spend? Is your financing already set up? What is your time frame, do you just want information now, do you want to visit to take a look and get a feel for the area or do you need to move right away. The more information I can gather for you, the more efficiently I will be able to help you. And, that is my goal. Once you have decided where you want to live and we have found the perfect home, I will be with you through the entire closing process and beyond. You can ask me questions anytime and if I don't know the answer I'll find the person who does.

Once you move to Florida most people find they feel so good they want to be more active. Some of our Senior Communities are way more active than you can imagine and a lot of people find they aren't retired anymore. Whether you are just starting out as a young couple with a family or you find the last little one has flown the nest (and hopefully won't return for a while) there is a place where you can fit in and call home. We do have some people who still have homes in other places, but they usually find themselves leaving Florida later each year and returning sooner. Then all of a sudden, Florida is "HOME FOR GOOD".
