Last week I took a lunch break nature escape in Rye New York at the Marshlands Conservancy on Boston Post Road. It is one of my favorite slices of nature, so I try to stop in when ever I am in the area. Getting out in the fresh air and being immersed in the peace and quiet of nature, after driving or sitting in front of a computer all day, is a great way for me to recharge and get some clarity of thought.
It is tempting to keep this place and all of it's unspoilt nature a secret, but I wanted to share it with all the folks here on ActiveRain who live in Westchester County, and near by Connecticut, who I am learning love animals and the outdoors. You know who you are.
For the rest of you nature lovers out there, I snapped some 360 Photosynths of the park for your viewing pleasure.

Today I received a call from a new client with a new listing in Nyack, New York.
We're not scheduled to shoot until after Easter, but I wanted to stop by and at least scout the location.
Today it was cloudy with rain approaching quickly, so with the agent's permission, I walked the property and made some quick photos for our reference.
I can't post any scouting shots of the listing as it is yet to go to market, but I can share the amazing view from the upper balcony over the front entrance, showing the enormous Magnolia in bloom and the Hudson River sweeping to the Tappan Zee Bridge as we pan to the right.

This is my first interactive panorama post - please stop by and let me know how it worked for you in the Rain.
