National Pancake Day 2012
What are your plans for Tuesday, February 28th? Why not visit your local International House of Pancakes (IHOP) to celebrate National Pancake Day 2012? Stop by your IHOP any time between 7am and 10pm, this Tuesday and enjoy a FREE short stack of pancakes! In return, please consider making a charitable donation to Shriners Hospital for Children and other designated local charities.

What is Rotary?
Before joining Rotary in April of this year, I really didn't know what Rotary was all about. Since then I have met other people who really don't know what Rotary is about either. I'm here today to share what I know about Rotary!
I am a Rotarian and I'm proud to be part of such an amazing SERVICE organization powered by other volunteers who know the importance of caring for each other.
Rotary International is a worldwide group of volunteers providing good works and community service. It began in Chicago, Illinois in 1905 with only 4 members. It has grown to 1.2 million members in 34,000 clubs worldwide in more than 200 countries!
Locally, the Cherry Creek Valley Rotary Club of Parker supports several projects including the Douglas County Women's Crisis Center, Project Sanctuary, Douglas County Support Center, Legend High School Student of the Quarter and Trick or Treat on Mainstreet.
Internationally, the Club supports:

Mark your calendars for FREE Movies in the Park! Bring your family and join your neighbors for Movies at O'Brien Park this Summer. Be sure to bring a lawn chair or a blanket to sit on.
