You have to change with the times. Traditional Real Estate in times like these will drive you crazy. I have seen some good deals in the past, but now...wow. REO Real Estate is flying off the shelves at such good discounts. Stock Market is crushing everyone. Retirement plans and 401Ks dont stand a chance. Self Directed IRAs are definatly the way to go. Taking good properties at deep discounts and getting positive cash flow and growth...how can you beat that? The simple answer is you cant. With proper planning those with money or know how to use retirement funds can generate huge returns. Stay tuned for some big moves. Its a Fine Day for Investing, just not in the stock market. What a year!
