A way to await an LSU football game on the LSU grounds is to play a round of golf. The LSU Golf course is challenging and located near Tiger stadium.
The coarse offers 18 holes of pure fun. In the background is the LSU Tiger stadium. In addition to the 18 holes there is a Pitch and Putt Course. The course is a nine hole Par 3. The Par 3 is great for beginners, juniors and experienced golfers. The yardage varies so your short game will benefit.
In addition, they have a putting green, driving range and pro shop.
The Men's LSU GOLF team will begin its season on Sept. 27 2009.

Now that some of my buyer have closed on their first homes, the fun stuff begins. First Time Home Buyers will have to attach Form 5405 with their income tax this spring. The form seems straight forward but I always recommend the use of a qualified tax professional when it comes to these matter. This August will mark the 4th Anniversary of Hurricane Katarina. The City of New Orleans and this region is still rebuilding. Many issues still are in debate and causing delays. A bright spot is occurring as I write this post. Teenagers a report 37,000 are here to help. These teenagers are doing everything to help our City. In case you don't realize it is in the 90's as far as the temperature and we still see them everywhere.

Spotlight Neighborhood: Highway Park
In the City of Kenner, there lays a quiet, well established neighborhood. The area is Highway Park. This area began developing in the 1960's. How would I know, I grew up there. Many of the street names are named after states. My childhood home was in the 2600 block of Kansas. Many of those original buyers are still living in the area. This area when it comes to real estate sales and listings is not very activate due to the stable environment of Highway Park. Inside Highway Park you can find churches, schools and public playground.

The City of Kenner offers all the modern amenities that you find in any City. Kenner is the 7th largest city in Louisiana.

One of Metairie's great neighborhoods is located between the I-10 and the lake. The area I am referring to is Bissonet Plaza. It is a well establish area. It is support by schools, churches and a public library. One of Bissonet Plaza greatest assets is their Civic Organizations. The Bissonet Civic Association .They offer all services from newsletter, parish issues and garden of the month.
The civic association adds a value to property. They are the protectors of the community. They will and have fought zoning issue on behalf of the area.
