A Little Bit About Fred McIntire

A lifelong resident of the metropolitan Indianapolis area, Fred McIntire has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. You could say that Fred grew up in real estate. Fred started his real estate career assisting his father with the management of over 25 rental properties on the near west side of Indianapolis. After the sale of those properties to the White River State Park Commission in the early 80's, Fred ventured out on his own to make his mark on the world.

Fred has a passion for real estate. He can often be heard saying "real estate excites me" with a big smile on his face. Fred truly believes that honesty and looking out for a client's best interest are critical to achieving success.

Fred handles all types of properties from starter homes to multi-million dollar estates, including commercial and income properties.
