Hi Nick,

I really appreciate your work in inspecting our new Italian Villa. I found some additional small cracks on the west side of the building which are just like the others you discovered. I just wanted to thank you again for making the effort to get up to West Yellowstone and do that inspection for me. I don't think that it was a very easy one.
