Thursday, January 3rd Nashville held its first SIF Round Table at Cort Furniture Rental. It was a huge success and everyone had a great time networking and getting to know each other. The ladies in attendance were:
I met so many great women and learned what they specialize in - which was a great opportunity for me to develop my referral list when I am not right for a particular job. We also talked about our local ASP Chapter (which has reformed recently and is stronger then ever) and our local RESA chapter that is just getting off the ground. I strongly believe in the vision of unifying our industry and making staging a common practice in all real estate transactions. Our SIF Round Table was a huge step in the right direction. So many asked when the next one was scheduled and said they wanted to attend.
So, a huge thank you goes to those who participated and also Craig Schiller for developing these discussions.

Vacant and Model Home Staging
We offer three staging packages for vacant and model homes. Every package includes: Interior and exterior photographs, a lifestyle tour and contact information displayed on www.fresh-perspectives.com. Contact us for your custom quote.
Vignette Staging
Vignette style staging defines a few key spaces in the home. A limited amount of accent pieces, furniture and artwork are used to highlight the space. This gives buyers an idea of how different spaces in the home can be used and a reference point for placement of their own furniture in the space. Prices start at $550 plus monthly rental fee.
Standard Staging
Includes staging key rooms: kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, entry, master, and living room. We use furniture, accessories, lighting, artwork, greenery, and area rugs to create a warm, inviting home. This helps buyers define each room and envision their furniture in the space. Prices start at $750 plus monthly rental fee.
Model Home Staging
This gives the home the look and feel of a model home. Every room is staged and is more complete than our standard staging package. This package includes furniture, area rugs, window treatments, artwork, greenery, and accessories that fit the style and price range of the property. Model Home staging displays a lifestyle to buyers so they can develop a strong emotional attachment to the home. Prices start at $1,000 plus monthly rental fee.
Redesign Services
We redesign the space using the homeowner's furniture and accessories to highlight the property's best features. We focus on strategic furniture placement, color selection, accessorizing, de-cluttering, organizing, and depersonalizing each room for a quick profitable sale. Service includes staging and de-staging (when required), interior and exterior photographs, a lifestyle tour and contact information displayed on fresh-perspectives.com.
Half Day Rate (4 Hours): $400 Full Day Rate (8 Hours): $650
Consultations For the DIY Homeowner
This is ideal for homeowners who have the time, energy, and resources to stage the home themselves.
Walk-Thru Consultation
We provide a verbal walk-thru consultation with the agent and homeowner providing ideas and guidelines to follow so the homeowner can stage the home themselves. Prices start at $150.
Written Consultation
This includes a walk-thru consultation and a detailed report (including photographs) outlining the property's positive and negative aspects and a list of recommendations. After the homeowner completes our suggestions we come back and fine-tune the property (up to one hour). Prices start at $295.
New Construction/Project Management
For home builders and renovators who need consultation or project management services. We design custom home packages including selecting interior paint colors, flooring, tile, cabinets, counter tops, plumbing fixtures, lighting packages, and exterior selections such as brick, stone and paint colors along with staging that will appeal to a broad range of buyers and fit your budget.
