I signed up for this new tool for my clients' benefit, at the Buffini Turning Point in Orlando, Florida, this past January. We all wanted it, signed up on the very first break. The tables were overflowing with members going after this awesome tool. Brian Buffini knows how to Win our Day. It was to come live on March 3rd. Surprise! It came announced, live via email, last night at about 7:30pm. I couldn't stop working on it, looking at it, sending it to my vendors and clients. You can view it online, in print or on the site. It is easy to navigate on and the help button, yes, you all know that I am super at selling properties, but, technical tools do challenge me. The help button actually provides a complete narration of the site, depending what your question may be about.
I do network with my team of vendors. I am always offering their name and contact information to my clients, friends and family. This tool, however, is available now, to consumers anytime they want to look at it. A 24-7 online directory of businesses that I refer. Wow!
Check it out! Of course, I will be adding names and more information regularly.
It is on my website:

Oh, By the Way...if you know of someone who could use my good service, I'd love to help them. So, when you come across these people, just give me a call with their name and business number and I'll be happy to follow up and take care of them for you. I am never too busy for your referrals!
The snow has stopped, we are shoveled out and ready to go for the morning! I have a new client tomorrow and I am excited to show him homes. He is so excited and enthusiastic, that he just makes me smile. In our buyer client meeting I asked him to list why he wants to buy a home, sense of urgency, and what type of home would he prefer to find. Pretty funny, he said he hated paying rent and was hoping to find a home that was clean and had a garage. Did this buyer just fall from heaven?
The banker has him pre-approved, the weather is cooperating and this weekend, I hope we are able to find him his new home. This young man was referred to me by a client. A client, who was, also, a joy to work for. How nice to continue building my business by referral. I am happy to serve.

Do you have time on your hands? I have advised agents to host seminars for their clients and friends. Now, I am advising agents to attend a seminar. Think about it. There must be something you need more information on. You can attend a financial planning event at your local bank, a health forum at your local hospital, museums often have special events, and then there are your local schools and colleges. Postings are generally available to the public in a local newspaper. You could search your town online. If you keep your mind busy and open to possibilities, you could meet clients while you are improving yourself. Look for motivational speakers, photography seminars, wine tastings, decorating tips in local paint stores, Lowe's or Home Depot, and a biggy this year, political events. Get out and meet people. Become visable in your market. The buyers and sellers are there, you need to go out and find them.
There are, also, classes strictly for real estate. Foreclosures, Short Sales, Hud Homes, 1031 Tax Exchanges, Second Homes (vacation), GRI, CRS, ABR, e-PRO, SRES and more! The designations are on the NAR website.
Then, saving the best for last, our Coaching Company. Brian Buffini travels all over the US and now Toronto, Canada. Try to attend an event, it will change your life! The schedule is posted on the website.

Yes, I have come across some good sites that may be of help to you all. Here we go:
EnergyStar.com going green is good, so is cutting your utility bill
WalkScore.com places you can go for walks
GreatSchools.com the obvious:)
SchoolMatters.com public schools
DroughtSource.com weather matters, water conditions
Hope it helps to set you as an information source for your clients!
Brian Buffini came out with a resource product that lets you post your vendors on a website, with tips, for our clients. It is being released on February 2nd! Curious? Take a look on my website, it will be there, sometime after Feb. 2nd!
Whatever tool you find, make it work for you, to gain strength in your business.

When your day has ended, what have you accomplished? Did you help someone on there way? Do you feel appreciated? Did you make your calls to your clients today? Did you Win the Day? We all face hurdles and fears, but, don't blame the market, don't blame others, just go forward and get yourself going. Face your fears, find answers, cross over the hurdles. Each day, make a list. Keep on task with it. Look at it during the day. By the day's end, you will have crossed off those things that you were able to complete. If they are not all completed, don't be disappointed. Make them the priority tomorrow.
If you are short on funds, look at what you are spending your funds on. Do you need that newer vehicle? Do you go out to eat? Where is your dollar going during the day? You will need to look closely. We all can cut back, but, sometimes forget the obvious. Maybe, stop blaming other people and things, and work on your budget. Work it to be sharper and leaner. Start with the small things, so that your accomplishments are easy in the beginning. This is a new year, go forward with a fresh start. We are all entitled to that fresh start every January. They say that once you do the same new task for 100 days, it will become a habit. Think about how good Brian Buffini's 100 Days to Greatness Course is! Many of you have gone through this course. It works! Start a new habit today! Here is a poem that will help you to focus today. www.dashpoemmovie.com
