Mark P. Felton Waco's Premiere Custom Builder

Front Porch Homes & Cotton Crossing, "The Return of the Neighborhood"

This is a small video for Realtors and their prospective customers that will give them a preview of the neighborhood, the architecture and the level of quality that is being built in Cotton Crossing. Everybody loves beautiful houses with big front porches, but your "out of town" customers will really love this concept because they have probably seen this if they are coming from a larger market. Front Porch Homes attends HOTBA "Home Products Show"

For those of you interested in buying, building, or even remodeling, the Heart of Texas Builders Association will be having their annual Home Products Show.

It will be on Feb. 7th & 8th at the Heart of Texas Coliseum.

We will have a booth there that will be set-up to be a one stop shop.

Included will be representatives from Front Porch Homes, Keller Williams Realty, Cotton Crossing, Rancho Lorena & Lost Oaks.

There are a couple of hundred booths that are all home product related and I would encourage anyone who is looking for new information in this area to come out look around. You can usually walk away with some helpful ideas and contacts and it keeps you from having to go to Austin or Dallas to find out the same thing.
