Well apparent not, in fact, one of the senior partners at a major law firm doesn’t think so and he happens to be someone who wrote 25% of the Federal case law for RESPA.

The truth is that regulation X of section 8 of RESPA specifically excludes the service release premiums. In fact they are not even on the HUD and are not under RESPA’s jurisdiction; what does this mean to you as a Realtor?

Not much, unless of course you had an exclusive agreement with a mortgage banker who agreed to share some of these “back-end profits” with you and your clients.

Well what if I told you that there is a company that structured exclusive agreements with some of the biggest and best mortgage bankers in the

ccountry, and that they have agreed to share the service release premiums with the person getting the loan and with the person or organization that referred them; including a licensed Realtor?

There is one small catch, but it’s not that bad, trust me.

This system eliminates the middlemen from the mortgage process and connects the consumers who are looking for a mortgage, directly to the mortgage bankers that are funding the loans. In the process, some of the” back-end profits” are redistributed to the consumers and to the person or organization that referred them.

The one small catch is that a Realtor cannot get paid a mortgage referral fee if they are also getting paid on the HUD at that closing. But you can use this innovative referral system to help your past clients and earn a referral fee on their refinances; in fact, if your creative you could use this system for a whole lot more; in fact many large well known organizations are already using it to generate additional unrestricted revenues.
