With all the bad news about Real Estate, we all need a good giggle. I've been exploring one of my newest marketing tools. I am so glad I use REAL ESTATE SHOWS. They have a great library of seasonal videos and special occasions. This one falls in "Real Estate Humor".

Anyone owning a home in Gainesville, Florida can relate to this opinion/video!

Today I have happy feet and wanted to share.

Last Friday some of my out of state buyers were here in Gainesville, and we viewed several homes.  And they found one they really liked.  They decided to start with a verbal offer to see if the sellers would consider their offer.  The listing agent and I helped our buyers and sellers come to a meeting of the minds on Monday....verbally.  And that has always been a scary thing for a Realtor.

Early tuesday morning my buyers were driving here from Atlanta to sign & execute the contract (in writing), give me their escrow binder AND do their home inspection at 3:00pm  on the same day!!    This is a first for me....I've never had a transcation to come together like this.

So it made me feel like I have my groove back.  

This morning I could not get and OLD, FAVORITE song out of my mind.  

So take a listen........and see if you are on YOUR GROOVE LINE.

Several of my customers have called to ask about the NEW Tax Credit. AND what are the differences between the program in effect last year to the NEW Program this month.

The National Association of Realtors website provided a downloadable PDF file of this chart. I have printed out several and are carrying them with me for my customers. The NAR Web site has great information about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

I must admit that I may a bit slow on keeping up with Hot Topics, Fads, and Cool Info.....so bear with me here. But, I got an email from a friend with a link to this YOU TUBE Video called "DID YOU KNOW - Shift Happens".

I've always been a history buff, and a trivia nut - and the DATA and STATISTICS that this presentation gives just amazed me.

When you work through each day - day after day - you tend to loose site of the future. The implications of our information age and how it's daily changes effect our future. This presentation made me really think how quickly the GLOBE changes.
