It seems the news we read and see on housing informs everyone how poor the real market is doing. Being in the Real Estate BIZZZZZZZZ for a considerable time, I see the opposite. IT IS A GREAT TIME TO GET A GREAT DEAL !!!! Real Estate has always come back. I remember selling a ranch here in Arvada for $68,000 in 1980. Well guess what ..news flash...that same home is selling today for $200,000. Lets see, we went through our dought in 1988 and again in 2007-8 and the home has still apprciated over 300% in 28 years.It you had a "stable utility stock in 1980, I bet it is close to the same dollar amount today.
