Lake Mary Florida offers lock boxes to residents who want Police, Fire and Emergency Services to be able to access your property in case of emergency. These lock-boxes are similar to what real estate agents use.
The access code is only available to police, fire and emergency services and used only during an emergency.
This program is open to anyone over the age of 55 or if you are disabled with documentation.
Interested? It's simple really, contact the Lake Mary Police Department, fill out a application and pay $17.00 to cover the cost of the lockbox and provide a key.

Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party is scheduled to start September 14th and run through various days until November 2010. On the days of the event, it begins at 7 pm until midnight.
Disney has made it convenient by allowing you to order tickets online or you can call (407) WDISNEY or (407) 934-7639. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or permission of a parent or guardian, you must call.
Any one attending should dress up in their Halloween costume and are encouraged to go trick or treating around the Magic Kingdom theme park. Not only can you enjoy treats from various hot spots in Disney but there are some festivities for all ages to enjoy.
