First time home buyer tax credit

Last year the Obama's President extended the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit until June 30, 2010

You have to find a property and get the both signatures before April 30. Seller's and buyer's signatures and you have to close on/or before June 30, 2010 in order to get the credit back.

You can made an addendum o your 2009 income taxes after you close or wait until next year in order to request that credit

The first time home buyer tax credit is coming to expires and you have to move on and take an action now if you want to take advantage on it.
