This year at least 5-6 projects will break ground In Miami, Florida. One of the first project which already done it are Oceana at Key Biscayne and Bellini at Williams Island, new project by Margulis.

Argentina-based developer Consultatio has broken ground on the $250 million Oceana condominium project in Key Biscayne. The two-tower complex will have 142 units and 12 luxury villas. “Key Biscayne has historically become a big draw for many wealthy families from Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia and Argentina,” according One Sotheby’s International Realty’s Barbara Lamar. “The Oceana condos hould do well by continuing to target that same high-end international demographic in the coming year.”According to World Property Channel and Real Deal

Key Biscayne remains very popular are at March-April when tennis stars all over the wold get together for annual Sonny Ericsson tennis tournament. This year the interest for tournament is highest for last 8 years and all tickets for men finals already sold out. The park at Key Biscayne has excellent facilities for tennis practices all year around.

Turnberry Ocean Colony.The best Building in Sunny Isles Beach.

TURNBERRY OCEAN COLONY. THE BEST BUILDING IN SUNNY ISLES BEACH.

Turnberry Ocean colony remains the best or one of the best buildings in South Florida. Both of the twin towers are well built, well maintained, and remains relatively new. The project was built by Ocean Breeze developers, an affiliate of J. Soffer, who also built almost each building in Aventura as well as Aventura Mall, the fifth largest mall in the country. If you ask me what is so special for Turnberry Ocean, I can reply that the building was planned and made at the time when the developer could afford to build the lowest density wise building in Sunny Isles Beach, as well as deliver the quality of luxury living to a potential buyer. The two towers were originally planned to have only 260 units at almost 900 linear feet prime ocean. For comparison, Trump Towers, the neighbor next door, has this number at least 3 times more units and the newest project at Sunny Isles Beach (Mansions at Acqualina) has almost double this number. How we can translate these stats to a regular English? If you go to the beach and request a chair with an umbrella by the beach or pool, you would have a spot two or three times more likely at Turnberry compare to Trump Towers. It does not mean that you would have a crowded experience at Trump Towers at all. But the likelihood is that Turnberry will deliver a more relaxed experience...
