(417) Dwellings is a real estate video podcast that began when Paul Dizmang, a REALTOR® Broker in Springfield, Missouri and his office manager, Jessica Hickok, got video iPods at the beginning of 2006. Being an innovative and creative team, they thought that they could they could use the whole video podcasting medium as a way to share information about the world of real estate and property management.

Paul Dizmang has listed and sold real estate for over 20 years and has specialized in Property Management. He began his own real estate firm, Dizmang Properties, Inc. in 1995 and has a staff that assists him seamlessly making sure that no detail is overlooked. Working with a core group of prominent Investors, Paul finds the homes for these Investors to purchase, sees it through closing, renovates the property and then ultimately manages the property for the long haul. After doing this for several years, Paul felt that he could share his knowledge to assist others across the country in dealing with Tenants, Landlords and many other Property Management issues.

The success of the video podcast series has proven that you don’t have to be a camera/video/TV professional with a professional studio to produce a good video podcast. Together, Paul & Jessica have produced the video podcasts from scratch without any training.
