How I Started in Real Estate

Johnathan Dias got his start in real estate while attending Berklee College of Music in Boston. He found an ad in the local newspaper for an investor looking for birddogs. Enticed by the job title alone, Johnathan picked up the phone and began his new career. He continued bird-dogging for over a year, in both MA and CT, completed over ten successful transactions. In early 2006, Johnathan decided to further his career by obtaining his real estate license. By August 2006, he was licensed in both MA and CT, and was in search of an office where he knew he could be successful. He found exactly what he was looking for at RE/MAX Preferred Properties in Naugatuck.
