The most important factors in determining change in the real estate market for West Essex School District of Essex Fells, Fairfield, North Caldwell and Roseland is by looking at the Pending Properties a/k/a Under Contract properties and Absorption Ratio.
Pending/Under contract properties determine future closes and if listing levels remain steady, you will see a future rise or fall in the Absorption Ratio and Months Supply. The Absorption Ratio is the percentage of homes absorbed within the current inventory of unsold homes and the Months Supply is how long it would take to absorb all the inventory in a particular market if sales rate is stable and no new listings come on the market.

WOW - is it really that time again? We are just 1/2 way through the 2011-2012 school year in and its time again for kindergarten registration for the West Essex Regional School District for the 2012-2013 school year! If you are moving to one of the four sending districts of the West Essex Regional Schools (Essex Fells, Fairfield, North Caldwell or Roseland) or if you already live in the West Essex Regional School District and have a little one who will be starting kindergarten in September 2012, you may want to know that kindergarten registration is starting.
The West Essex Regional School District is composed of four municipalities: Essex Fells, Fairfield, North Caldwell, and Roseland. Each municipality maintains its own grammar schools for grades kindergarten through sixth and ALL attend The West Essex Regional School District for grades 7th through 12th. 6th Grade Parent Orientation for incoming 7th graders for West Essex Regional Middle School is scheduled for Thursday, January 19th at 7:00 p.m. The West Essex Regional School District, ranked #4 TOP HIGH SCHOOL IN ESSEX COUNTY, NJ!
Kindergarten Registration for the West Essex Regional School District for 2012-2013:
ESSEX FELLS KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION:
Essex Fells kindergarten registration is scheduled for Thursday, February 2nd and Friday, February 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Kindergarten parent orientation is scheduled for Tuesday, May 15th at 1:30 p.m.
FAIRFIELD KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION:
Fairfield kindergarten parent orientation will take place in March 2012. At kindergarten orientation parents will receive a Fairfield Kindergarten Registration Packet and the forms needed to register their child for kindergarten. Project Welcome which is like a kindergarten orientation for the kids will be scheduled for the spring.
NORTH CALDWELL KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION:
North Caldwell kindergarten registration is scheudled for March 5th, March 6th and March 7th. Kindergarten Registration Packets will be mailed to prospective students prior to kindergarten registration.
ROSELAND KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION:
Roseland kindergarten registration is scheduled for January 20th. Completed Roseland kindergarten registration packets are due on January 20th. Roseland's kindergarten orientation program is scheduled for January 24th.
