Yes, the notoriously traffic ridden 91 Riverside freeway will be getting an additional eastbound lane by the end of 2010, which should help to ease congestion and may positively impact property values in the Inland Empire!

For many years now Orange County residents have considered making the move into Riverside County to take advantage of the affordable housing prices, particularly in the neighboring cities of Corona and Norco.
