Recently our office was part of the 2008 Builder Realtor Fall Festival held at the 7F Lodge. We hosted the Mexico Cabin to re introduce ERA BRAZOS VALLEY Real Estate. Creek Meadows subdivision should be opening in June. This family family community has put in the deed restrictions that sex offenders shall be banned from residing in Creek Meadows.
