We have every type of home here in Hernando Beach, ground level homes built before 1983 and "stilt homes" built after 1983 when government regulation changed waterfront construction criteria.
It is no wonder that I love selling real estate in our community and have always been active in my community 
here, when you come home from a stressful day just get a cold drink and sit in your own back yard gazing over the beautiful canal and watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. It just doesn't get any better than this!
