You know the saying "If it's to good to be true, than it is."

Well I fell for it. A rep from biglocal.com called me two months ago and got me to sign up for a 60 day trial. Well if you don't call 5 DAYS prior to that trail ending you are locked into a twelve month agreement for $99 a month. I called to dispute that I did not agree to anything past the 60 day trial, but of course that feel on deaf ears. But they were so kind (thieves) as to cut my subscription rate in half. So lesson learned never sign up for ANY discounted program that you have to cancel. They know your going to forget and then your locked in. NEVER AGAIN BIGLOCAL.COM

G.N.O. Appraisal Services is looking to hire a real estate appraiser trainees for the New Orleans Metro area. We have one position still available. We are looking for someone how can work full or part time. We are looking for a person who is willing to network with people in the real estate industry. The job requires the completion of the real estate appraiser trainee course which can be taken at most real estate schools. This job requires a couple hours a day for one on one training. The pay is commission based with a 50/50 split. You will be responsible for getting your own leads.
