Areas of Expertise

Patricia has been selling real estate for 10 years, specializing in residential properties, including land. She admits her favorite properties to sell are waterfront; being fortunate to have had the opportunity to live on a couple different lake properties, Patty loves how they make her feel coming home after a long stressful day- nothing beats a water view!

Patty is also very sensitive to clients who are going through difficult situations in there lives that force them to sell or move to a new location- she has a big heart and knows first hand about difficult times- growing up with 8 brothers and sisters, as well as being a single mom.

Patty was born and grew up in Tacoma, Washington and has been in the Mason and Kitsap area since 1990- she knows it well. You can count on her to locate the best neighborhoods, schools, doctors, recreation and shopping areas and more! If you are looking to buy or sell out of the area Patty can refer you to an experienced agent if she is not able to do it herself.
