About Todd

I grew up and spent my early adult years in the Garden State. New Jersey is truly a great place to be from! While I miss family and the country's best Italian cuisine (pizza and subs being my absolute favorite) I cannot say I miss the harsh winters.

After 11 years in southern California and a total of 18 years in the financial services industry, my wife (Terese) and two young daughters (Sarah and Katelyn) moved to Pinehurst in 2005. My first exposure to the area began a youngster spending summers here with my grandparents in the 70's and 80's. The only regret my wife and I have is not making the move sooner!

Educational and Professional Background
- B.S. and M.B.A. from Rider University in ‘89 and ‘94; credit union executive ‘89 through ‘05, most recently as President/CEO of Pacific Resource CU in Los Angeles ('96-'05); full-time NC licensed real estate broker since September of 2006. In 2008, after working for almost 2 years as a full-time broker in the Pinehurst area, I decided to open my own firm, The Pines Realty. The Pines Realty is a full service firm, offering services to buyers, sellers and owners looking to rent out their homes long-term.

As a full-time Broker/Owner/REALTOR® of an independent firm, clients can count on me to fully represent their interests with respect to any real estate transaction. I work tirelessly to help my clients achieve their goals within their desired time frame.

My focus is on working with serious buyers and sellers in the Moore County market. I keep apprised of home values, trends and sales activity in all Moore County towns as well as the area's most well known golf communities including, Fairwoods on 7, Pinehurst No. 6, National, Mid South, Talamore and Pinewild. I am a member of both the Pinehurst-Southern Pines Area Association of REALTORS® (Moore County Area) and the Fayetteville Regional Association of REALTORS® which allows me to cover a broader territory (including Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke and Lee counties) for my military buyers.
