I first met Wayne and Lynda Gomillion at a local Chamber function, and learned about Business Network International (BNI), where local, reputable business professionals routinely meet with the intent of referring business to one another. Wayne’s enthusiasm for BNI led to my joining the group and since we have been involved on a weekly basis in helping one another build our respective businesses.

December 2004, my husband and I developed an interest in finding a new home and immediately I thought of bringing Wayne on board to help us out. Reflecting back, hiring Wayne was an excellent decision as we found him to be competent and highly effective as well as pleasant and informative.

After reviewing our wants, needs and priorities, Wayne quickly went to work, searching and informing us daily of all new properties, matching our criteria, as they became available. We've recently had the pleasure of meeting and working closely with Wayne Gomillion, as he's diligently worked to sell our portfolio consisting of eight investment properties, I've personally observed his obvious expertise and his ability to simplify even the most complicated idea.

As active real estate investors, we moved to another state to pursue more profitable ventures and needed a professional that we could trust. Before Wayne, we had hired another agent to manage our portfolio while managing the properties. He failed to perform as promised and consequently nearly all of our properties had fallen into foreclosure. Needless to say this inept person cost us a great deal of time and money. Not only did he have to manage the usual components involved in selling real estate, he also had to deal with everything from angry lien holders to bankruptcy issues.

I have a deep understanding of how important it is to radiate a thoughtful, attentive and supportive attitude toward others, especially during the stressful times of buying or selling a home, to say nothing of extreme situations like foreclosure or bankruptcy. Wayne impressed us by doing just that in a very professional and caring manner.

There's an overwhelming need for honesty, competence and professional guidance in this age of deceptive and fraudulent business practices perpetrated from corrupt contractors, mortgage brokers, appraisers to lazy and incompetent real estate agents. Wayne Gomillion is a breath of fresh air in these troubled times and we've benefited immensely from his counsel, supportive attitude and positive encouragement. Not once has he complained about the mess we turned over to him.

What I've appreciated most is how he seemed to easily have a handle on not one... but eight properties for us. All the while working with his other clients!
