A Little About Me

Having been a real estate agent for a little more than four years I have gained enough experience to serve as our agency's primary trainer for all incoming agents (both new AND experienced). Because this industry, like almost all others, has been significantly modernized via new technology innovations, a background working in the computer industry and a strong statistical education, simply steered my career in this direction. I still, however, practice real estate and thoroughly love helping clients and customers fulfill whatever housing dreams or needs at a particular time. I am unequivocally NOT the prototypical salesperson - in fact I tend to remain on the quiet side, always thinking of better ways to do things, yet my approach to listing a home or helping a buyer find a home is deeply rooted in the age-old adage - "Say what you do and do what you say." I will use every resource at my disposal to reach a conclusion to your real estate transaction in the best, most efficient and satisfying way possible.

Speciality Locations in Atlanta

Primarily, I deal in residential transactions - whether single family or townhome/condo. I specialize in the areas that I have recently lived in as it is my "backyard". Those areas would include Northern Gwinnett - Buford, Suwanee & Sugar Hill - as well as Southern Forsyth/Cumming. I currently live in the wonderful Lenox Park subdivision off of Suwanee Dam Rd. in Sugar Hill, a stone's throw from North Gwinnett High. While certainly not limited to those areas, my experience as a resident of either Gwinnett or Forsyth counties since 1978 goes a long way in helping to advise clients on the perfect property in those locations that will fit their needs. I hold an associate broker's license here at RE/MAX Northeast located in Lilburn, Georgia.
