A career in Real Estate may be had in as little as 11 days. 10 days of full time classes and 1 day to take your state exam. If you are in the Central NJ area (or know of anyone that is) and are interested in obtaining a Real Estate license email me.
Some argue that now is not the best time to start a Real Estate career. NOW is a great time. You can devote the appropriate amount of time to the proper training so that you will learn to "go to the market" instead of those here today gone tomorrow agents that started a couple of years ago and had some fast success stories only to ask where are they now???
On that note, those Realtors that plan to survive this challanging market will do well to get as much education & designations moving forward to serve their clients. Especially mastering this thing called the internet. E-Pro anyone? Happy sales to you until we meet again!
Just came from the Fair and this city boy (Newark, NJ) is really impressed with the country folk and the fun they have. Okay I am a country folk too. There are cows, sheep, goats, chickens, llamas, alpacas, ducks and pigs. Pig races too. Iwill post pictures over the next couple of days. I welcome any comments from my Active Rainer friends.
Bring your appetite and your dancing shoes. Latin flair meets this Americana town with a night of colors, dancing, food and fun.
Flemington is also home to many outlet stores and the Union Hotel. Here is a little bit more on this historic hotel:
But history lingers in the inn. For 46 days in January and February of 1935, the Union Hotel was the communications center for a world hungry for bulletins about the Trial of Bruno Hauptmann, on trial for kidnap-murder of Colonel Charles Lindbergh's baby son. The county courthouse across the street provided the drama, but the Flemington dateline in every daily paper and on every radio broadcast across the nation and Europe originated from the Union Hotel.
As a stagecoach stop, as a focal point in history, and as a gathering spot for business people, tourists and area residents, the Union Hotel remains a central part of the town of Flemington.
