Today it is more important then ever to price homes acurately. Huge inventory of homes, picky buyers, and an uncertain future will continue to bring home prices down. If you don't price the home to sell and stay on top of your price correction, you won't sell. So either you need to wait 4 - 8 years to sell your home or you need "to get into game". Good Luck

As a Real Estate Professional my job is to help people. Currently many people are in jeopardy of losing their homes. Most of the public only know of Foreclosure. STOP!!! A short sale is the newest answer. It saves the home owner credit, while saving the bank money. That is what you call a win-win.
We as realtors can communicate in my ways today: Twitter, facebook, myspace, activerain, localism, text messages, e-newsletters, market reports, etc... There is no excuse why we can't get the word out to help our buyers and sellers. Become the local expert. Talk about how you can help a buyer or a seller. Good Luck.
If your a person who wants to sell your home, then you need to price to SELL! Too many Sellers think they can get more for their home then they can. Then they stubbornly and slowly reduce their home only to keep following the market down. If you want to sell, sell low and make your home look attractive as possible. Get ahead of this downward market ASAP. Good luck.
