We as realtors can communicate in my ways today: Twitter, facebook, myspace, text messages, e-newsletters, etc... There is no excuse why we can't get the word out to help our buyers and sellers. Become the local expert.
We are doing FREE Home Buyer Seminars to help the new buyer understand what the process is all about. Use a couple of local experts ie. Home Inspector, Mortgage Loan Officer, Appraisor, Title company. We as agents forget the little things that are major items for buyers. Stick with the basics and help your buyers. Remember there are no stupid questions. The focus is on helping people.
Time to get organized. Put your business plan together for the New Year. Put a plan together that you will stick with. Create checklist(s) so you don't forget items for your clients. Get into the internet so you can better serve your clients. Get positive and stay positive throughout the year. Spend time with positive people. Good Luck

Yes, December is slow because the majority of REALTORS give up working. If you want to be busy: call your sphere, call hotlines calls, call past customers to say hello, Do an open house, work the Up Desk/Opportunity time. Just work and the business will come to those who invest the time working. Good Luck!
