What is a CIAS?
A Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) is an agent with a thorough understanding
of how to find, create and close with real estate investors. In addition, the CIAS has been
trained to identify and address the needs of the Five Investor Types: First-Time, Move-Up,
Portfolio, Performance, and Rehab and Resell.
