Greer Bisignani

I am experienced in all facets of the real estate transaction and I don't mean that from a Realtor who has just completed a number of transactions and then calls himself/herself experienced. I have worked in all areas of the transaction. I started my financing career in 1996/1997 processing for our family run mortgage brokerage. I then became the office manager for our Real Estate and Mortgage brokerage. In 2005, I took over the title company we started in 2001 and worked in that business up until we closed our doors in March 2008. We were the first one-stop real estate center in Birmingham, Alabama. We were and have been a family owned and operated business supporting up to about 30 employees and contract laborers in both of our companies. We pride ourselves on making the customer the priority and making sure that their well-being is first and foremost.

I am proud to say we are an FHA certified brokerage and have sustained this designation since 2003. We do not have to farm our FHA out to any other brokerage and receive a referral - we are all trained on FHA guidelines and offer full-service lending opportunities. We purchased a real estate franchise in 2006 after much research into the leading companies and chose Weichert Real Estate Affiliates. Tab Bisignani, broker/owner of Weichert Real Estate - The Home Team liked the training modules and fact that all upper executives were first Realtors before executives in the company. This national company has been valuable in linking our agents with other agents all over the country.
